Which Sophos Firewall model do we need?
It depends on your number of users, internet bandwidth, and which features you turn on, such as intrusion prevention, web filtering, and VPN. We size the appliance from your actual traffic and growth plans rather than guessing.
Can Sophos replace our existing antivirus?
Yes. We remove the old agent, deploy Intercept X, and set up policies — usually in phases so no device is left unprotected during the switch.
Do we need Sophos MDR, or is endpoint protection enough?
Not every business needs MDR. It adds a team that monitors and responds to threats around the clock, which is most valuable if you don't have security staff of your own. We'll help you decide based on your risk and budget.
Do you support Sophos after installation?
