Yes. We assess your site, design the network and security setup, then supply, install and configure everything — and document it at handover.
Which firewall brands do you work with?
We are a Sophos Silver Partner and usually recommend Sophos Firewall. We can also review and reconfigure the firewall you already have.
Can you help with existing network issues?
Yes. We troubleshoot slow Wi-Fi, dropped connections and security gaps on existing networks, and recommend fixes before suggesting any replacements.
Do you provide ongoing support and monitoring?
Yes. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and support are available under our managed IT plans, with 24/7 response for critical issues.
